Acceptance of Terms
Section 1
By accessing and using SmartFuelPay ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Service Fees
- •Subscription Plans: Monthly subscription fees as per your selected plan
- •Transaction Fees: Processing fees deducted from each transaction
- •Hardware Costs: One-time costs for POS terminals, cards, and equipment (separate from subscription)
- •Setup Fees: Initial onboarding and configuration charges
- •Overage Charges: Additional fees for transactions exceeding plan limits
Billing & Payment
- •Subscriptions are billed monthly on your renewal date
- •Payments are processed automatically from your registered payment method
- •Failed payments may result in account suspension
- •All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- •GST will be added to all charges as applicable
Refunds & Cancellation
- •Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime with 7 days written notice
- •Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation
- •No refunds for partial months or processed transactions
- •Dispute claims must be filed within 30 days of transaction

Grievance Procedure
- •File complaints via email: support@smartfuelpay.com
- •Response within 7 days of receipt
- •Escalation to management team if unresolved
- •Final decision within 30 days
Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Single arbitrator, seated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Governing law: Indian law.
